This month’s Pop-up Temple is a super special double celebration…..
It is Stella’s Pop-up Temple fifth anniversary and Autumn Equinox.
To celebrate this month we are being blessed with a crystal bowl sound journey with the beautiful and nurturing Kelly Swain and nourishing Earth Qigong with Stella.
Kelly is a holistic therapist who has been on her own transformational healing journey of mental health and physical conditions and is now spreading the healing love through the magical sounds of the crystal singing bowls to bring healing light and love back into one’s life ❤️
Stella will begin with some nurturing gentle Earth Qigong moves to guide you into your body and allow you to connect deeply with Mother Earth and then the beautiful Kelly will bless you with The magical sounds of the crystal bowls that will take you on a gentle healing journey where you have the space to release, reconnect, realign and restore your inner strength and wellbeing.
Date Thursday September 22nd 7 pm until 9 pm at our beautiful quirky venue in Battlesbridge, Time & Space.
The Venue
At Stella’s Pop up Temple, you will also take a journey into the parallel world of Time & Space
Time & Space has been created to offer you the opportunity to step into a steampunk world where elements of industrial design sit alongside furniture and décor evocative of the Victorian period.
Time & Space has been designed with a spectacular ‘nod’ at Verne’s Nautilus and is destined to be placed on the Steampunk map as a venue truly worthy of a visit.

This is the fifth year that Stella has held the Pop-up Temple.
Stella’s Experience and Qualifications
Stella has 20 years of experience working with groups facilitating circles and taught for a large organisation the Workers Educational Association for 14 years in the community at schools, colleges, MIND, and drug alcohol outreach centres with a varied group of individuals working alongside charities and various organisations.
Stella is a Psychic Medium and holds Qualifications in various Holistic modalities these are Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, Holistic Nutrition, Massage, and Teaching.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Please feel free to dress up or dress down in your PJ’s as long as you are comfortable and can move freely.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring a blanket, cushion, yoga mat, your favourite mug for tea, and some water.
